Saudization is a development strategy focused on increasing employment of Saudi nationals across the domestic economy without distorting the culture and interests of the private sector. Based on our study, we have developed a multilayered approach to effectively achieve the targets of Saudization.

This approach, we call ‘the 4Ps of Saudization.
